Hombre Memoria

Hombre Memoria is the name of an art rock and Avant-garde band from Medellín, Colombia formed in 2016 by Victor Acevedo and Simón Mesa, later including Alfonso Posada in the drums. The band explores the silence, the noise, and disonance, creating songs with inconventional structures, within the format of a rock band, with a melancolic and sweet performance of the voice. The band has released two LPs, Liento (2016) and Sula (2021) and one EP En vivo en El Alto Estudio (2024) with them they created a rare and special place in the latinamerican musical landscape, that has taken the band to perform in several cities of Colombia, USA, Mexico and soon as a colombian representation in Lerock Fest in Chile.
