Tonada

If we have to talk about the generational relay of the traditional music of the Colombian Caribbean, especially Bullerengue, we talk about TONADA. They are the constant search for balance between the elements of traditional Caribbean music and the conventional school, without losing the language of the root. TONADA was born in 2014, with the intention of contributing to the safeguarding and preservation of the musical heritage of the Colombian Caribbean, through a young and stylized, but strong sound, while maintaining the traditional sense that inspires it. That is the sound of TONADA, the mixture of the ancestral with the current, trained voices making traditional music, which takes the Bullerengue to another way of being interpreted.
