Research practices to determine the potential certification as a business practice

By legal attribution, chambers of commerce are responsible for compiling business practices in their jurisdiction, through previous research in order to determine whether the requirements are met to be a business practice and to be able to certify the existence thereof.

Therefore, we share the preliminary study conducted to determine whether the practice of a scanned signature in an electronic document is a business practice, is not regulated by an explicit regulation and is legal.

The following practice is under investigation to establish its possible certification as a merchant practice.

* It is a business practice for the taxi owner to return the vehicle with a full tank to the next driver, and this one in turn must wash the car and fill the tank upon return to the owner.

* It is a business practice for the taxi owner to assume the costs pf maintenance and spare parts for normal vehicle wear and tear.
